ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION

TRAINING APPROACH

SAIL offers two approaches to learning. for Credit bearing or non-credit bearing. Credit bearing – on completion of a training intervention, learners will be required to compile a portfolio of evidence to meet the specifications of the unit standard Non-credit bearing – is more like a workshop or seminar just to enhance knowledge and understanding and to also keep up to date with the new changing industry trends.
